The application process for finding the ideal university and course should begin at least one year in advance. Besides, you will need enough time to compile all necessary information and documentation.
-
Visit the university’s website and download the application form. As an alternate, you can send an email to the university requesting it to send you the application material or fill the application form online.
-
Based on the documents required by the university, attach all the necessary credentials with your application form.
-
Along with your application, you will also be required to attach the application fee, ranging from 380 Yuan to 770 Yuan, depending on the university and the course. Since universities in China accept the payment only in their local currency, pay the application fee in Yuan only at the foreign exchange.
-
Check with the university about the official application deadline. Send your application material before the last date. This is usually in the month of July for Fall semester intake and January for Spring semester intake, a year before the commencement of the course; however, dates can vary from university to university.

The universities require about six to eight months of time after the application deadline to process the applications received and announce the results.
