TSA oxford is a 2 hour test. It has two sections, one is for Thinking Skills Assessment and the other is for Writing Task.  

Thinking Skills Assessment
It has problem solving skills questions which includes, spatial and numerical reasoning. The other questions are from critical thinking skills including reasoning and understanding arguments from regular everyday language. 

Time Limit- 90 minutes
Type of Questions- Multiple Choice
Number of Questions- 50

Writing Task
It is basically a test of communication skills of a candidate. How well, a candidate can write the task determines his/her way of expression, organizing abilities or constructive power. The capability to understand and interpret an argument is a must.

Time Limit- 30 minutes
Type of Questions: Answer one essay among a choice of three.
